My beautiful old man, Jasper. He’s slowing down so much lately and I’m capturing him as much as I can. Detailing his fuzzy feet, his pointy ears, the fluff on his ears, the patterns on his face, his cloudy but still sparkly eyes. I don’t want to forget anything about this beautiful boy who has been by my side for 11 years and counting. ⠀

My little guy loves reading. This is one his new books, ‘Explorers of the World.’ His little Shaun the sheep is often in his hands and is tucked up under his arm in his favourite spot.

This is the third time that I have photographed the beautiful Emily. I loved creating these images for her yesterday and we had so much fun in the new studio.

Now booking studio and in home newborn and baby sessions! Watch this space for more info coming soon. I can't wait to share my new space with you all.

I am back in the swing of things for the new year and this is one of my first sessions off the rank. This is Sarah from Natures Happiness at her branding shoot earlier this week. She has some amazing products and also runs a homeopathy business in North Lakes.

Playing around with double exposure yesterday afternoon, lots of fun and something a bit different!

Colour or black and white, which is your favourite?

More plant babies planted today by the boys.

This year I have embarked on a 366 project. This means I’m going to attempt to take a photo a day. I’ve tried before, back in 2026 when I first picked a camera, I made it to March and then slowly faded away. I’m determined to get there this year, my boys are growing far to quickly. To the point where I sometimes have these panicked moments because I can’t remember all the details from when they were littler and it makes me sad I haven’t taken more photos of them. I’m going to try and capture them as much as I can this year. I’m posting most of the images over at @my_three_explorers so if you’d like to follow along feel free to join me there. I’ll be posting a few here from time to time too. ☺️

Jasper has slowed down so much recently, it’s so hard to watch. His back legs are slowly giving way and he often falls and needs to be picked back up again. I’m not coping very well, he’s been by my side for 11 and a half years. I’m making a huge effort to get him in the frame as much as I can, especially when he is with the boys so they can always remember just how special their relationship was.
